The Maryland Major Soccer League is pleased to announce new expansion team Fortitude FC who will begin in the Maryland Majors 2nd Division starting in spring 2019. Hector Monterroso is owner/Head Coach of Fortitude FC. Hector's staff includes Assistant Coach Fudge Ayoub, Marketing Administrator Angelica Ibanez, and Club Administrator Andrew Myers. The club has a solid base of players who have developed playing in competitive youth programs including Pipeline SC, Baltimore Bays, and Soccer Association of Columbia (SAC). Many players possess college experience and the team has competed in the Howard County League but it now looking to take the next step to compete in an elite USASA league to compete against stronger teams and gain more exposure for the club and players.
