1937 through 1952 - Baltimore Major Soccer League (league folded after 1951 season)
1919 through 193? - Greater Baltimore Soccer League
league existed known as the Baltimore Major Soccer League. Greater Baltimore League, and the Maryland Soccer League. In the 1940's and 1950's the league was operated by Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks. The Fall Premier Maryland Major Soccer League Champion is awarded th STEFFEN CUP named after longtime player & coach of the Baltimore Kickers Fritz Steffen. Fritz was also a major contributor with the Maryland Major Soccer League, Maryland State Soccer Association, and is a member of the Maryland Soccer Hall of Fame.

#Indicates Werner Fricker Cup Champion 2016 to the present. Up and through 2015, the Fricker Cup was a USASA National Competition with participation from all 4 USASA Regions and was considered a national championship. Starting in 2016, USASA Region I took over the competition since USASA stopped funding the competition. From 2016 to the present, Region I has sent a Region I champion and Regions 2 and 3 have sent representatives (not necessarily the Regional Champion). Region IV has not participated. Fricker Cup remains a historic and prestigious Cup coveted by elite USASA teams.
